First, give us a call or fill out our online form to tell us a little bit about your property.   Our services are strictly professional, one-on-one, and confidential.  We have been buying homes in San Antonio for over 30 years, and you will be dealing directly with the owner of our company, John Hernden.

Once we get your information, we will contact you and begin to evaluate your property.  We will work to get you an offer– usually in less than 24 hours!  When we reach an agreement, we will start the title examination and schedule a closing date.  Alamo Home Buyers, you’ll get a fair price and a hassle-free process.  There will be NO real estate agent commissions to pay, and NO banks to deal with.

  1. Contact us, let us know where the property is located and your preferred method of contact.
  2. We research the property, and call or email you to find out the details, then we both decide the best way to proceed.
  3. Tell us about your expectations, timeframe constraints, title issues, whether the property is occupied or vacant, condition, what kind of work it needs, and any other concerns you have. If we’re both comfortable at this point, we set up a time to look at the property—this can be done with or without you present.
  4. We come up with a price for the property, and if we both agree, our office draws up an Earnest Money Contract. Once it’s signed, we take it to an attorney or title company, depending on the specific circumstances.
  5. The attorney or title company does a title examination, prepares the necessary documents, and schedules a closing.
  6. At closing, you sign the Deed and/or other documents transferring ownership of the property and receive certified funds for the sales price.

Sometimes, thinking about this whole process can be overwhelming.  Let me personally assure you—we’ve been through this hundreds of times, and we take care of ALL the work!
